Called the number and spoke to a gentleman named Ray.I asked if he could clean the carpet in a granny flat for an elderly member of our community.The very first question he asked was "How soiled is the carpet?".I advised him that the carpet was heavily soiled from a previous tenant's pet peeing and soiling the carpet. He promptly advised me that the underlay would need to be replaced and new carpet laid down. He wasn't looking to make any money in a flash. Early hours in the morning I enquired on the website for a quote and Ray called me first thing that morning to hear my requirements. He was upfront about the possibility of the stain not lifting completely after the clean, however you can barely see the stain now after the clean. As an asthmatic, I make it a priority for clean living spaces which includes needing to get rid of triggers including dust. After searching for the right company to do the job effectively for some time, I finally landed on a carpet cleaner with the most 5 star google ratings I'd seen thus far. Professional high quality Carpet Cleaning. Ray was such a delight to speak with friendly and very passionate not only towards his work but helping out his clients. Spectacular service! Recently moved in to an apartment and the movers were a little carless, leaving stains on the carpet from the elevator to my unit. I needed to clean my carpets before my Newborn came home for the first time. I left it until really late and I only had 1 day to make it happen. Fortunately I called Ray, he is amazing. He was able to organise to clean my carpets the next day and did an incredible job. Wow!! Our carpet had been cleaned twice prior to us moving in to a new rental at our request - while it was ten times better after those cleans, it was still heavily stained. As tenants, we felt we had no choice but to live with it. After 12 months we got Ray in to do an annual carpet clean and it's like new!! Ray offers an outstanding service. He was easy to contact and to book. On the day Ray made sure I knew where he was and what time he would arrive. I was moving to Melbourne that day so needed everything finished on time. Ray arrived ahead of time and started work. The results were spectacular and he was true to his word with the quote. I cannot recommend Ray highly enough.
