Called the number and spoke to a gentleman named Ray.I asked if he could clean the carpet in a granny flat for an elderly member of our community.The very first question he asked was "How soiled is the carpet?".I advised him that the carpet was heavily soiled from a previous tenant's pet peeing and soiling the carpet. He promptly advised me that the underlay would need to be replaced and new carpet laid down. He wasn't looking to make any money in a flash. I got Ray to clean my carpets to a brand new townhouse which was a brand new build. Ray was super professional and on time and was always happy to have a chat. Early hours in the morning I enquired on the website for a quote and Ray called me first thing that morning to hear my requirements. Ray did a fantastic job cleaning our couch, which had a large stain on one of the seats. He was upfront about the possibility of the stain not lifting completely after the clean, however you can barely see the stain now after the clean. As an asthmatic, I make it a priority for clean living spaces which includes needing to get rid of triggers including dust. I needed an urgent carpet cleaner and Ray booked me in and gave me a quote over the phone straight away. I had a stain which i was a bit concerned about and thought it would not come off. Spectacular service! Recently moved in to an apartment and the movers were a little carless, leaving stains on the carpet from the elevator to my unit. Received a knock at the door from the building manager the next morning...Ray arrived at my unit within 20 minutes of the initial call! I needed to clean my carpets before my Newborn came home for the first time. I left it until really late and I only had 1 day to make it happen. Fortunately I called Ray, he is amazing. He was able to organise to clean my carpets the next day and did an incredible job. I have lived in my house for 4 years, I have had other carpet cleaners come here before and Ray easily beats the competition. For a large fake tan stain he said he wouldn't be able to get out because of the material of our custom lounge.. we can hardly notice anything left of it!! We're so happy with Ray's service, he know's what he's doing and how to approach different materials. Offered some recommendations and is super friendly. Wow!! Our carpet had been cleaned twice prior to us moving in to a new rental at our request - while it was ten times better after those cleans, it was still heavily stained. As tenants, we felt we had no choice but to live with it. After 12 months we got Ray in to do an annual carpet clean and it's like new!! Ray was on time, passionate, took pride in his work and tidy but best of all he has given our carpet a new life - now stain-free!! Kicking ourselves we didn't get him in earlier. How long does it take to dry after steam cleaning?
Our steam extraction process leaves carpets only slightly damp, not soaked. This means that, if needed, you can walk on them immediately after service. Just be sure you’re wearing only clean socks, and try to keep foot traffic to a minimum.
Under normal weather conditions, your carpets will feel completely dry after 4-6 hours.
However, if at all possible, we recommend that you wait for a total of 8 hours to see optimum results from your carpet cleaning service. That’s because even slightly damp carpet will hold on to the loose dust and dirt that can be carried in.
Do you move furniture?
Absolutely! Your carpet steam-cleaning technician will temporarily move any furniture pieces out of the area to ensure that your room is thoroughly cleaned. We will also return furniture pieces to their original position after the treatment. However, if a piece is too heavy for a single technician to move, we will have to clean around the item of furniture.
How long do I have to stay off carpets?
We recommend that you limit foot traffic across the freshly-cleaned carpet until a minimum of 4-6 hours has passed. Please note that, on the day of your carpet cleaning service, your technician may advise a slightly longer wait period due to weather conditions.
If you need to walk across the area, please remove your shoes and wait a minimum of 30 minutes after treatment.

Do I need to vacuum carpet beforehand?
In normal circumstances, there is no need for you to vacuum an area before your steam cleaning service. However, if you see excessive debris or pet hair, we recommend giving the carpet a quick vacuuming to ensure the steam cleaning process is as efficient as possible.

Difference between steam cleaning & dry cleaning?
Dry cleaning of carpet was introduced in the 1970’s and depends on synthetic detergents that will crystallise into powder form when dries. Loosened dirt particles in carpet fibre are encapsulated into powder and must be vacuumed or brushed after cleaning.
The safest way to thoroughly clean dense carpet fibres is through agitation, instead of chemicals. Steam cleaning drives the boiling steam from a large reserve of hot water through the carpet wefts, penetrating its base to kill all mould and bacteria. Then a high-powered vacuum removes all excess moisture, drawing out the loosened debris along with it.
