Called the number and spoke to a gentleman named Ray.I asked if he could clean the carpet in a granny flat for an elderly member of our community.The very first question he asked was "How soiled is the carpet?".I advised him that the carpet was heavily soiled from a previous tenant's pet peeing and soiling the carpet. He promptly advised me that the underlay would need to be replaced and new carpet laid down. He wasn't looking to make any money in a flash. Early hours in the morning I enquired on the website for a quote and Ray called me first thing that morning to hear my requirements. Ray did a fantastic job cleaning our couch, which had a large stain on one of the seats. He was upfront about the possibility of the stain not lifting completely after the clean, however you can barely see the stain now after the clean. As an asthmatic, I make it a priority for clean living spaces which includes needing to get rid of triggers including dust. Spectacular service! Recently moved in to an apartment and the movers were a little carless, leaving stains on the carpet from the elevator to my unit. I needed to clean my carpets before my Newborn came home for the first time. I left it until really late and I only had 1 day to make it happen. Fortunately I called Ray, he is amazing. He was able to organise to clean my carpets the next day and did an incredible job. For a large fake tan stain he said he wouldn't be able to get out because of the material of our custom lounge.. we can hardly notice anything left of it!! Wow!! Our carpet had been cleaned twice prior to us moving in to a new rental at our request - while it was ten times better after those cleans, it was still heavily stained. As tenants, we felt we had no choice but to live with it. After 12 months we got Ray in to do an annual carpet clean and it's like new!! I had already had the carpets cleaned and they still had some very basic stains on them, I got Ray in and the carpets are like new even after havinv them cleaned the day before. I went price over quality and ended up paying twice. Highly recommend Ray and he enabled us to get our full bond back.

How long does it take to dry after steam cleaning?
If it’s absolutely necessary, you can actually walk on your carpets straight away. For most steam cleaning jobs your carpets will usually be completely dry after around 4 to 6 hours.
However, we do recommend that you stay off your carpets for up to 8 hours to ensure you get the best results possible. Even if the carpet is slightly damp still, it attracts loose dirt and dust much more easily and that’s why we recommend you wait the full 8 hours. On very hot days your carpets may be completely dry within 4 hours.
Do you move furniture?
Yes we can move the furniture for you! And more importantly, we will put them back to their original position after we have finished cleaning your carpets.
There are scenarios though where some indoor furniture is just too heavy for us to move. In these scenarios we just clean around the furniture as best as possible.
How long do I have to stay off carpets?
The general recommendation is that you stay off your carpet for a total of 8 hours. On hot days your carpets may be dry within 4 hours.If you want to walk on them straight away then it’s best you just remove your shoes so the dam carpet doesn’t attract the loose dirt particles from your shoes.
You can still walk on your carpets immediately if required, however it’s best if you can stay off your carpets for at least 4 to 6 hours before walking on them normally again.
Do you remove stains?

How often should I have my carpets cleaned?
It’s generally recommended by independent health and cleaning experts to have your carpets thoroughly steam cleaned every 3 to 6 months depending on the amount of foot traffic you have.
Even though your carpets may not look dirty, they can still harbour nasty allergens and odours. Our thorough and deep steam cleaning removes all of these unsightly allergens and leaves your carpets just like brand-new again.
I'm pregnant – are your products safe for me?
Yes all of our cleaning products are completely safe and environmentally friendly as well. But a lot of our superior stain removal products do omit a strong odour.
For this reason we recommend that pregnant women leave the premises while we do all of the cleaning. Within about 30 minutes after we have finished cleaning most of the odours usually completely dissipate.
Do I need to vacuum carpet beforehand?
Despite popular belief, there is absolutely no need to vacuum before we get there. Unless your carpets have an excessive amount of debris or hair on top of them, we can clean your carpets without you having to vacuum prior to our arrival. In 99% of cases there is no need for you to vacuum.

Difference between steam cleaning & dry cleaning?
The primary difference is that dry-cleaning doesn’t have the same ability to thoroughly kill the hidden mould and bacteria within your carpets. Dry-cleaning your carpets relies purely on vacuum suction.
Steam cleaning your carpets uses high-temperature boiling steam to thoroughly penetrate all carpet fibres. Steam cleaning easily kills bacteria and removes the mould while giving your carpets a much deeper clean than what is possible with dry-cleaning.
