Ray has been cleaning our carpet plus our upholstery for a couple of years now (at least). It has been a challenge in the past as we had a puppy that made a few "accidents'" on our carpet initially and Ray did an amazing job. Always friendly, punctual and professional. Would highly recommend.

Professionalism at it's best!!!! I cannot recommend Ray and his business enough! I looked around for a few carpet cleaning quotes but after speaking with Ray and hearing how knowledgeable he was, I knew he was the best person for the job. Called the number and spoke to a gentleman named Ray.I asked if he could clean the carpet in a granny flat for an elderly member of our community.The very first question he asked was "How soiled is the carpet?".I advised him that the carpet was heavily soiled from a previous tenant's pet peeing and soiling the carpet. He promptly advised me that the underlay would need to be replaced and new carpet laid down. He wasn't looking to make any money in a flash. He was honest and respectful.Would recommend speaking to Ray for anyone wanting to deal with an honest business and recommendation.Thanks for your honesty, Ray.

I got Ray to clean my carpets to a brand new townhouse which was a brand new build. Ray was super professional and on time and was always happy to have a chat. He used an allergy free solution which did really well to get rid of any remaining construction dust and debris left. He was prompt and followed all COVID safe protocols during the clean. Early hours in the morning I enquired on the website for a quote and Ray called me first thing that morning to hear my requirements. It just felt like he was the best person to work with from the moment he called. He is very responsive and personable! I had to reschedule and he was so understanding and fit me in the very next day. Ray did a fantastic job cleaning our couch, which had a large stain on one of the seats. He was upfront about the possibility of the stain not lifting completely after the clean, however you can barely see the stain now after the clean. He was professional, personable and on time with our schedule. I highly recommend him!

10outa10 for this one. wasn't sure what to expect for my cleaning but the guy showed up on time with everything ready to go. real friendly and professional. great chat as well. knows his stuff and his own appreciation for animals gives him an edge in getting their smell out. I honestly feel bad for the next person who has to clean my carpet because its really just not gona be the same thing hahaha. Experienced, professional, and a good laugh as well. if your using anyone else then your probably doing it wrong.

As an asthmatic, I make it a priority for clean living spaces which includes needing to get rid of triggers including dust. After searching for the right company to do the job effectively for some time, I finally landed on a carpet cleaner with the most 5 star google ratings I'd seen thus far. He did my upholstery, mattress cleaning, carpet and dust protection with expert ability. 10 hours after clean and treatment, everything looks brand and I’m amazed at the air quality. I would recommend for anyone seeking an expert and even more so to anyone who suffers from allergies and asthma, as he really understands what needs to be done. I will definitely continue to hire him in the future.

Professional high quality Carpet Cleaning. Ray was such a delight to speak with friendly and very passionate not only towards his work but helping out his clients. I needed an urgent carpet cleaner and Ray booked me in and gave me a quote over the phone straight away. I had a stain which i was a bit concerned about and thought it would not come off. When he was done the carpet looked fresh and new and that horrible stain was gone. I was very happy and pleased with the results. Spectacular service! Recently moved in to an apartment and the movers were a little carless, leaving stains on the carpet from the elevator to my unit. Received a knock at the door from the building manager the next morning...Ray arrived at my unit within 20 minutes of the initial call! I needed to clean my carpets before my Newborn came home for the first time. I left it until really late and I only had 1 day to make it happen. Fortunately I called Ray, he is amazing. He was able to organise to clean my carpets the next day and did an incredible job. I have lived in my house for 4 years, I have had other carpet cleaners come here before and Ray easily beats the competition. He is a great bloke who is very knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to. He knows what he is doing and he does it well. I can not recommend him enough, I will use him again.

Ray from captain carpets has been incredible. We have had multiple water leaks into our living room carpet in our rental property. He has gone above and beyond to aid in the drying of our carpet and communicating with out realestate. Ray has been great with setting up and packing away the drying equipment on multiple occasions. For a large fake tan stain he said he wouldn't be able to get out because of the material of our custom lounge.. we can hardly notice anything left of it!! We're so happy with Ray's service, he know's what he's doing and how to approach different materials. Offered some recommendations and is super friendly. We had a wet carpet situation because of a drain clog, they were very quick to come and get heavy duty fans to dry up the carpet. Took a total of five days and it was done! Very responsive and very professional. Highly recommend for any carpet troubles!

Wow!! Our carpet had been cleaned twice prior to us moving in to a new rental at our request - while it was ten times better after those cleans, it was still heavily stained. As tenants, we felt we had no choice but to live with it. After 12 months we got Ray in to do an annual carpet clean and it's like new!! Ray was on time, passionate, took pride in his work and tidy but best of all he has given our carpet a new life - now stain-free!! Kicking ourselves we didn't get him in earlier. Fast, Professional and Effective would be the three words I’d use to describe Ray’s servicing of our new rental apartment. On time, spot on with the job he did. Did all the bedrooms and some rugs we had. They came up really nice, soft and smelling great! We would highly recommend Ray! We have even booked him for another house already!

Ray did a great job for us. I went via his web site for a quote which he called me the next day with. Very competitive pricing and Ray knows his business very well. Steam treatment was great, the carpets were bone dry the next morning. Carpet feels fresh and smells fresh. No hesitation to highly recommend his workmanship, professionalism and overall good guy to have a chat. Thanks Ray.

I had already had the carpets cleaned and they still had some very basic stains on them, I got Ray in and the carpets are like new even after havinv them cleaned the day before. I went price over quality and ended up paying twice. Highly recommend Ray and he enabled us to get our full bond back.

Ray offers an outstanding service. He was easy to contact and to book. On the day Ray made sure I knew where he was and what time he would arrive. I was moving to Melbourne that day so needed everything finished on time. Ray arrived ahead of time and started work. The results were spectacular and he was true to his word with the quote. I cannot recommend Ray highly enough.
